These days the air is not polluted but it is toxic coz of the virus. The air we inhale should be pure. We should do Pranaayam in the mornings. Morning timings are preferable so as to take in fresh air, take in enough of oxygen, to purify the lungs and hence the body, mind and soul.
Pranaayam is controlled breathing. It increases the capacity of the lungs to take in pure fresh air, purify the blood, give out carbon-di-oxide and also boosts the immunity.
Pranaayam has many benefits.
