Yoga should be practised on daily basis. It keeps you healthy, makes your body flexible, and also helps you to develop a strong immune system. Also, yoga keeps diseases away from you.

Also maintaining a proper diet keeps you healthy. Yoga and a proper diet can help in weight loss.
